Returns policy

1. Returning and exchanging goods

1.1 To return goods that did not meet your expectations or were damaged or otherwise spoiled before you received them, please fill in the Returns Form and send it to our Customer Service at info@proflexbaltic.com or contact us on Tel. +370 624 39 700.

2. Return Conditions

2.1 Returned goods must be:

In the original and undamaged packaging;
In good condition (except for the minimum changes necessary for inspection);
Complete as received (including accessories, if any).

2.2 The following documents must be provided:

Proof of purchase (Invoice);

Proof of payment for the goods (Confirmation of Payment);

A completed returns form;

Supplementary information (Photos, Videos, other additional and relevant information).

2.3 Shipping costs shall be borne by the Buyer unless the goods are returned due to defects or lack of quality.

2.4 The Seller shall be entitled to deduct the shipping costs from the amount to be refunded. If the costs exceed the amount to be refunded, the Buyer must pay the difference within 14 calendar days of receipt of the Seller’s invoice.

3. The Contract cancellation right

3.1 The Buyer shall have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receipt of the Goods without giving a valid reason. However, this right shall not apply in the following cases:

3.2. the Goods are made to the Buyer’s individual order or are personalised.

3.3. perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life.

3.4. goods that have been unpacked and are unsuitable for return for hygiene and health reasons.

3.5. Electronic or digital products (e-books, software, etc.) that have been put into use.

4. To exercise your right of withdrawal:

4.1. fill in the standard Returns Form or make a clear request by email to info@proflexbaltic.com or by contacting our store’s customer service Tel. +370 624 39 700.

4.2 Return the product to the Seller no later than 14 calendar days from the date of the request.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 The Seller undertakes to refund the amount paid within 14 calendar days of receipt of notification of the return of the goods, but not before the goods have been received back or proof of dispatch has been provided.

5.2 Refunds shall include the full value of the goods and the cost of standard delivery. However, any additional costs incurred as a result of choosing a more expensive method of delivery shall not be refunded.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Refunds shall be made by the same method of payment as the original payment for the Goods, unless the Buyer specifies otherwise.

6.2 Refunds shall be made within 14 calendar days of cancellation of the order or confirmation of receipt of the goods.

7. Limits of Liability

7.1 The Buyer shall only be liable for any diminution in the value of the Goods caused by acts which are not necessary to inspect or test the Goods. If the Seller has not provided information on the conditions for return, the Buyer shall not be liable for any diminution in value.

8. Additional Contracts

8.1 In the event of cancellation of the Main Contract, all Ancillary Contracts shall be cancelled at no additional cost to the Buyer.
