- General provisions
1.1 When placing an order at www.proflexbaltic.com, the Buyer must provide the following order delivery information:
Name of the buyer;
The buyer’s contact Tel. No. and Email;
The delivery address of the goods if the Buyer wishes the goods to be delivered by courier service.
the delivery service provider’s office or self-service terminal (post office) to which the Buyer wishes the goods to be delivered. When sending goods to self-service terminals, the size and weight requirements of the terminals must be observed.
1.2 The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods in person. If the Buyer is unable to accept the goods in person, but they are delivered to the address and contact details provided by the Buyer, the Buyer shall have no right to claim against the Seller for incorrect consignee or any other irregularities in delivery.
1.3 The Goods shall be delivered by the Seller or its authorised representative.
- Delivery deadlines
2.1 The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods to the Buyer within the period specified in the descriptions of the Goods, but not later than 1-5 working days unless otherwise agreed.
2.2 If the Seller’s warehouse does not contain the Goods to be ordered, the Buyer shall be informed of the shortage and their temporary unavailability. In this case, the delivery period may be extended if this is agreed and agreed separately with the Buyer.
2.3 In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller’s control, the delivery date may differ from that previously stated. The Seller undertakes to inform the Buyer immediately of any delays and to agree on a new delivery date and other delivery issues.
2.4 The Seller shall not be liable for any breach of the delivery terms if the goods are not delivered or are delivered late due to the Buyer’s fault or force majeure.
- Delivery process and responsibilities
3.1 The Buyer must inspect the condition of the consignment at the time of delivery.
3.2 If the Buyer notices that the consignment is damaged (e.g., broken, wet or otherwise externally damaged) or that the delivery is of an incorrect composition, quantity or assortment, the Buyer must immediately notify the Seller or the Parcel Service, and note it on the acceptance document (e.g., invoice, bill of lading, etc.) or on the electronic courier terminal (postage meter).
3.3 In this case, the Buyer must draw up a free-form consignment damage report and send it to the Customer Service of the Shop – info@proflexbaltic.com. If the Buyer does not draw up such a certificate within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, the Seller shall be released from liability for damage to the goods caused by damage to the packaging or by damage caused during transportation.
- Delivery charges
4.1 Delivery charges shall be specified at one of the ordering stages of the Shop. The Seller may apply special discounts on delivery charges to Customers who meet the conditions set out in the Seller’s online shop.
4.2 If the delivery details provided by the Buyer in the order are inaccurate and incorrect, the Buyer shall be liable for the additional costs incurred as a result of re-delivery or revised delivery.
- Delivery locations
5.1 The Goods shall be delivered within the territories of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
5.2 By separate agreement, the Goods may also be delivered to other countries in Europe or the World. In this case, additional delivery charges and conditions may apply. The Buyer must inform and contact the Shop’s customer service team at info@proflexbaltic.com or Phone +370 624 39 700 of such request.
